Q: My 2-month-old baby boy has been on Kirkland ProCare formula for over a month. He used to be a once-a-day pooper, maybe twice sometimes. But for the past three days, he's suddenly pooping about 5 times a day! The color is the same normal brownish-yellow, and his mood hasn't changed—he's not fussy or gassy at all. Is this sudden increase in poop frequency a cause for concern? 😟

A: Sounds like a jump in poops! Since the color and how he's acting are normal, it might just be his system adjusting as he gets a bit older. Keep an eye on it, but if he seems okay, it might just be a temporary change.

When to worry would be... if he starts acting differently, if the poop becomes very watery like diarrhea, or if you see blood in his stool. A fever or if he doesn't want to feed well are also reasons to check in with a doctor.
